Hi!

Do you ever feel like it's all too much? That you've been so successful and yet it's coming at a cost? That you're putting in more hours than you ever have and yet you aren't getting out what you'd hoped?

I hear ya!

I have walked that path. Right after the birth of my daughter, I looked up and realized I was killing myself trying to do it all - be super mom, super employee and everything to everyone. I was miserable at work, I was stressed and overwhelmed with learning how to parent while feeling pressured to be a star employee, and something had to give.

My daughter was happy and well adjusted; I was continuing to get accolades at work, and yet I was unhappy with my role both at work and at home. I felt like something was missing and yet there was no more room to add anything else to my already overflowing plate.

I felt like a car stuck in neutral; it didn't matter how much harder I pumped the gas; nothing was changing except my energy levels.

As part of my professional development at the time, my employer graciously invested in a coaching certification for me, which included going through coaching myself. Through that experience, I learned how to set better boundaries, access and share vulnerability with my colleagues, advocate for myself and learn to be more resilient in the face of obstacles at home and at work.  All of that culminated in rediscovering a joy in my work and seeking out opportunities where I could help others have the transformational experience I did.

Enter: You!

I work with leaders at all levels (yes, you!) to help you make your ideal vision a reality. By asking questions to help get a clear picture of what that looks like, helping you identify what may be holding you back and cheering you on as you shift your perspective and behavior along the road to your destination.

Are you ready to shift from Neutral to Drive?
